STATS

STEPHENS CENTER Secured a $22.4 million dollar gift for the $25 million dollar Stephens Center at the University of Arkansas Little Rock, a state of the art on-campus basketball facility. This was the largest single gift in the history of the university. Peterson was closely involved on a daily basis with the design and construction of the project.

TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR Led the effort with city officials and secured Little Rock, AK as an NCAA regional basketball site in 2008 and served as the tournament director.

DEVELOPMENT Tripled revenue during his tenure at UALR from game sponsorship, advertising, and annual giving. Doubled donations during a 3-year period at Creighton University, as well as served on the $100 million dollar campaign committee.

RADIO AND TV Hosted the Steve Shields television and radio shows, as well as regular live sports show appearances. Produced and hosted the Dana Altman Show at Creighton University. Negotiates radio and television contracts for collegiate athletics programs.

FACILITIES Has managed the refurbishment and construction of multiple facilities including the Coleman Sports and Recreation Complex, the first on-campus venue for UALR soccer and track and field in school history,
